Look is this like the nicest restaurant ever, no. But no poke place is likely going to her a Michelin star. That said this place is wonderful for simple well made poke. It was fast. It was good and it was plentiful. The service was pleasant and professional the place was clean. My only two complaints are: 1. No tobiko and 2. Not super close to me. Seriously this place is just solid good poke.

I had a great experience at Poke House in Mueller. It was my first time visiting, and the gentleman helping me was very patient and kind while explaining how the ordering process works. He took the time to walk me through my options (while I ordered 2 poke bowls), which made the experience really easy and enjoyable. As a first-time customer, I felt welcomed and valued! The portions are large for the price, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Went by for lunch. The food tasted fresh and a huge portion size. I ordered the 3 proteins option and the other toppings on it. There were lots of toppings selection: crab salad, cucumber, seaweed salad, corn, onions, pickle ginger and also different variations of furakaki. My only complaint is that they need to hire better employee. The one girl was rude to customer before me. I was trying to be friendly but met with not pleasant attitude to the point I don’t feel like tipping but still did. Would have given the place a 5 star review but employee attitude really needs to be better or work in the back kitchen.

I paid for avocado on my bowl and 80% of it was brown, not a couple of spots but the kind of browning where air pockets start to form in the flesh where it’s mushy and sour and not something I am going to eat. I called to let them know and was told “avocados can be brown sometimes” I am aware it’s not my first avocado but considering how fresh the other ingredients are it’s extremely disappointing to get something like this I paid extra for. I was told I was going to get a call from the owner and the difference refunded. It’s been two days and neither of those has happened. I think the food is great outside of this mishap but the customer service and communicating is extremely lacking.

Had an amazing time. The food was amazing and fresh. The portions were great! Quick and easy service, they have a lot of topping options to choose from. Love this addition to the mueller area! Update just went in again today and Daniel gave us great service very attentive and helpful and describing the options they had available.
